好天气

好天气终于来到了波尔多：凉爽、干燥、阳光充足；而且这样的天气有望持续下去，哈利路亚！

所有我们的葡萄园都显出了非常好的态势，Château La Dominique好极了，Haut Carles的水平与顶级酒庄相比，也是有过之而无不及。我在想，等几个小细节调整好之后，我们的葡萄酒可以达到完美中的完美！万事俱备，就看未来这段时间的天气情况了，也许这就是波尔多“terroir”的特色吧。

顺便说一句，鲁西荣和普罗旺斯那边的天气正如大家所期望的那样，艳阳高照！
